If you have an urgent eye problem during business hours, you may schedule a same-day visit by calling our office.

For emergencies during evenings or weekends, a physician can be reached 24/7 by calling the main office number and following the voicemail instructions.

We accept all major health insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Cigna, MedCost, United Healthcare and many others. You may contact your insurance company or call our office if you have any questions about whether your plan is accepted.

Payment Information

At the time of your visit, you may be responsible for payment of your deductible or co-payment, if your health insurance plan requires.

We accept cash, check, money order, debit cards, and credit cards including Visa / Mastercard / Discover Card.
